Manor Physiotherapy is a private physiotherapy practice situated at Manor Medical Centre in Morningside Manor, Sandton. We specialize in treating injuries to the body, postural syndromes, all spinal related conditions, breathing disorders, TMJ disorders, vestibular disorders and Lymphatic disorders. Physiotherapy facilitates the recovery process from injury related to trauma, repetitive load, postural faults or disorders due to orthopaedic conditions.

Michelle Isenberg – Qualified B.Sc. Physiotherapy from Wits University in 1990 and completed a post graduate accreditation in Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy in 1994.

She is certified in 3D treatment of scoliosis according to Schroth principles at the Barcelona Scoliosis Physical Therapy School. She has a passion for movement and posture and follows the World Health Organization ideology that says movement is medicine. Dance and yoga have both contributed to her understanding of movement and posture.

I’ve been in practice for 30 years and treat all injures and all joints related to sport or just daily activities.

Mirjam Westerveld – Qualified B.Sc. Physiotherapy (Neth.) 1982
Mirjam is a very experienced physiotherapist in all musculoskeletal conditions, with a special interest in spine related problems such as back -, neck - and headaches. Her very hands on treatments are a combination of physiotherapy and on CranioSacral Therapy based mobilisation techniques. These combination treatments have also proven to be very effective in Chronic Pain Conditions. Patients booking these types of treatments to please always book 1 hour.
Mirjam is also certified to international standards in Lymphatic Therapy and is fully qualified to treat any form of oedema. Patients booking a first assessment and treatment for Lymphatic disorders to please book 2 hours and follow-up lymphatic treatments will be 1 hour.
