Chantelle Hawkins is an independent biokinetics practice located at the Cresta and Brightwater Commons Virgin Active Gyms.

Biokinetics is the profession that uses individually prescribed exercise as a way of treating as well as preventing medical disorders associated with injuries and disease. Biokineticists are registered with the Health Professional Council of South Africa.
