- Corporate Consulting: I use a bespoke strategic partnering consulting process, which achieves the most productive and honest inter-company business trust relationship for mutual business success, the Market Immersion process.
- Corporate Wellness Wellbeing Initiatives: I recommend and coordinate customised corporate wellness days, spearheading group health coaching and employee wellness programs.

I discovered I had pre-diabetes 8 years ago, and after much research and studying, successfully halted progression and reversed symptoms with my application of lifestyle and nutrition wellness strategies.

I am a certified Health Practitioner with the international Nutrition Network, and have just qualified as international Health and Life coach through the UK Health Coaches Academy in April 2024.

Other qualifications include BComm (Rhodes), CAIB(SA), AEP (UNISA).

My CV and corporate experience since 1981 includes roles in Human Resources and Corporate Finance as a senior banker (FNB), General Manager in Damelin Corporate, Dealer Principal and COO of Harley Davidson dealerships (Eagle Wind Distributors), Strategic customer process consultant in Argil Consulting and in Market Immersion, as well as Human Capital development executive in an animal nutrition research and animal feed-additive distribution company, Chemunique Pty Ltd.
