1.BOOKING & PAYMENT
strictly 50% non-refundable DEPOSIT 2 secure your spot. You must book and pay via this BOOKING system, if you do not checkout and pay, your booking will be cancelled and removed from the system.
2.SOAK OFF
If you REQUIRE SAOKING: DO NOT book at 8am and you must arrive an hour before your appointment for soaking.
4.ARRIVING LATE
If you're more than 15mins late you will be billed an EXTRA R100.
30Mins LATE your appointment will be CANCELLED and you will have to REBOOK.
5.CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW
CANCELLATION and NO SHOW are NON-REFUNDABLE!!
6.REVIEW AND CHECKOUT
Make SURE the DATE and TIME you want to book are correct BEFORE you checkout
7.RESCHEDULING
To RESCHEDULE before 24HOURS of your appointment an EXTRA cost of R100 will be BILLED, LESS than that is NOT ALLOWED your appointment will be CANCELLED and you will have to REBOOK .
