The collection column is to log a collection for your pets and doesn’t necessarily mean we will collect on the date and time you have booked.
Holiday Accommodation – Holiday Accommodation is booked for a minimum of 4 days. If you pets stays over a weekend they must be collected on Monday morning.
The date you book your pet in will be the date that the accommodation starts. We will be in touch with the necessary paperwork once you have booked your per accommodation
