Our team has over 32 years of clinical experience ranging in all fields of physiotherapy. We are continually broadening our knowledge by means of attending courses presented by international and local therapists who are experts in a particular field. For example specializing in sport, orthopedic manual therapy and myofascial release, balancing and strengthening thereof to name a few.
The team has a particular interest in the treatment of and rehabilitation of sports injuries, neck and back pathologies, as well as post-operative conditions. Our team does not only have the learned knowledge of sports related injuries, rehabilitation and or training but all of us have partaken in a various sports (running, swimming, cycling, triathlon, Ironman , squash and CrossFit )at either a national, provincial or social level. This gives us a better understanding of the biomechanics of the injury, mechanics of the sport, the critical individualized rehabilitation of the injury as well as an accurate and effective training plan for the future to keep the patient pain free.
We work closely together to ensure that each therapist has a clear understanding of her patients’ diagnosis and treatment plan forward.
