CANCELATION POLICY
Your appointment is very important to us it is reserved especially for you. In the case you need to reschedule we respectfully request at least 24h notice for cancelation.
BOOKINGS
We recommend that you book an appointment to avoid disappointment. Walk ins are welcome but we cannot guarantee you will get an opening right away.
LATE ARRIVALS
We recommend that you arrive 5min prior to your scheduled appointment. Clients who arrive late may have their service adjusted and full cost will still apply.
RETURN POLICY
You can return or exchange retail within 7 days of purchase. If the item is unopened and in the same condition you received it. With no harm to seals or the packaging.
GIFT VOUCHERS
We have gift vouchers available you can choose any amount or treatment. Gift vouchers are always a great idea.

We recommend you get in touch with us no less than 1 week prior to your preferred treatment date. Transport cost will be added if needed. Venues incl. Guesthouse or Retirement Home Self catering or at Home. Ask for our on site or Sparty Price list. Couples treatments on request.
